Last year I passed this trailer and assumed it was a construction trailer for a house about to be built. This year the trailer is still parked in the same place and there’s no new house, so I guess someone lives in it. The sign says it’s the Shell Bay Yacht Club. Not many yachts, but a nice view. Last year there was a pirate flag which has been replaced with an American flag. Apparently the occupant is feeling more patriotic this year.
